In both court and arbitrary proceedings, we represented several leading Czech and international companies conducting business activities in the fields of mechanical engineering, energetics, food industry, sale and construction of development projects, transportation and several other fields.
We have represented our clients successfully both in front of Czech courts (including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court) and while resolving international arbitrations in front of ICC and LCIA as well as in front of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
