Rudolf specializes in real estate law, particularly real estate transactions, development projects, commercial leases and land law.

In his practice, he has been involved in structuring transactions and drafting, negotiating contractual documentation for divestitures and investments in retail, manufacturing, logistics and office projects, negotiating long-term leases and representing clients in administrative proceedings and litigation, including disputes arising from FIDIC contract terms.
