František is an attorney-at-law who focuses his practice mainly on litigation and arbitration and also specializes in regulatory and administrative proceedings.

In the past, he worked for a bailiff and at Česká spořitelna as a lawyer in the area of legal support for corporate financing. Subsequently, he worked for several years in law firms, where he dealt mainly with litigation in the field of, among others, restitution, insolvency and commercial disputes, representing clients in proceedings before general and insolvency courts. In addition, his practice also included advising on the implementation of development projects.

František graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc. In addition to Czech, he also speaks English.
