Tomáš is an attorney-at-law focusing especially on labour law, commercial law, and litigation. He previously worked at the law firm Balcar Polanský Eversheds and then for almost ten years at the Eversheds Sutherland office in Prague. 

Tomáš graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, where he also obtained a doctorate (Ph.D.).

Tomáš has extensive experience representing clients in cases including termination of employment, transfer of undertakings, reorganization of companies, collective bargaining, discrimination, and whistleblowing. Tomáš has advised many Czech and foreign companies active in the field of retail, engineering, energy, construction, etc. 

Apart from Czech, Tomáš is fluent in English and German.
