Martina is an attorney at law specializing in real estate law, in particular real estate transactions, development projects, lease and other contracts and resulting disputes.

In her practice, Martina has been involved in the preparation and closing of real estate transactions, including legal due diligence of the transferred properties and securing financing, preparation and negotiation of contractual documentation for lease relations and real estate rights in rem. Martina has also focused on representing clients before judicial and administrative bodies, including international arbitrations before foreign tribunals such as the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Martina graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and speaks fluent English and French in addition to Czech.
