Lukáš is an attorney specializing in litigation and dispute resolution, with a strong focus on complex domestic litigation and international arbitration. He represents clients before Czech courts at all levels, as well as in international arbitration proceedings.

Lukáš has extensive experience acting in high‑value and legally complex disputes, including matters involving claims exceeding several billion Czech crowns.

His practice focuses primarily on shareholder disputes, including conflicts between majority and minority shareholders, disputes arising from corporate governance issues and related damages claims. He also has significant experience in construction and engineering disputes, frequently involving technically complex subject matter and extensive evidentiary proceedings.

Lukáš’s experience further includes disputes arising in an insolvency context, where he represents creditors, debtors and other stakeholders in contentious insolvency‑related matters.

On the international level, Lukáš has represented clients in international arbitration proceedings before foreign arbitral tribunals, including arbitrations conducted under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

Lukáš graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and speaks fluent English in addition to Czech.
