Within the field of commercial and financial law, Jiří focuses particularly on contract, corporate and real estate law, regulation of investment funds and investment services and IP.

As an attorney at law, he has advised on a number of complex transactions with overlaps into foreign jurisdictions. In addition to practicing law, he also lectures at CTU in Prague.

In the course of his career, he worked at the Czech National Bank, where he led a team of experts focused on the area of investment funds and investment services.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his doctoral studies (Ph.D.) he also studied at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland.

Apart from Czech, Jiří is fluent in English.
