Jáchym Stolička

Senior Associate

Jáchym is an attorney-at-law who focuses his practice on complex employment law matters, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, agreements and internal regulations of employers and representing them in employment disputes.

In addition, he is an experienced expert in real estate transactions and development projects. In this area, he provides comprehensive legal services in connection with the sale and purchase of real estate and representation of clients in administrative proceedings. Prior to joining our law firm, he worked in several leading Czech law firms.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he obtained a Master's degree and a Doctorate in Labour Law (JUDr.). In addition to advocacy, Jáchym is also active in academia as an internal PhD student at the Department of Labour and Social Security Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where he regularly lectures, teaches and publishes articles on professional topics. In 2019, he was awarded the Marie Kalenska Award for outstanding professional work in the field of labour law by the Czech Society for Labour Law and Social Security Law.

In addition to Czech, he speaks English and Spanish.
