Kateřina is an attorney at law who focuses her practice mainly on employment law and related matters. She has been repeatedly recommended by the international Legal 500 in the field of employment law and was ranked as a Rising Star in 2024. She was also ranked in the prestigious Chambers & Partners international employment law rankings in the Up and Coming category in 2024. Prior to joining our firm, she worked at several international law firms.

Kateřina graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, both with a Master's degree and a Ph.D. She also studied at the Faculty of Law of the Technical University of Dresden. She is also engaged in publishing and lecturing activities. Since 2022, she has been cooperating with the Masaryk Institute of Higher Studies of the CTU, where she is a professional guarantor and lecturer of the subject Labour Law. He also acts as a court judge in labour law disputes.

Kateřina is a member of the Czech Employment Lawyers Association (CzELA), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the Czech Society for Labour and Social Security Law.

She speaks English and German in addition to Czech.
