Paulína is focusing especially on mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions and litigations. As a legal counsel and attorney-at-law she has participated in the transactions and resolution of disputes worth in total of hundreds of millions of Czech crowns. Paulína has advised a number of leading Czech and multinational companies and entrepreneurs carrying out business in the field of energy, construction, banking, transport etc.

She has extensive experience representing clients in legally and technically complex transactions and cases which involve foreign elements and jurisdictions including cases at ICC.

Paulína graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and she also studied at University of Copenhagen in Denmark.

Apart from Czech, Paulína is fluent in Slovak, English and German.
