Jindřich specializes in labor law, including labor disputes and related areas of law. He has many years of experience from a leading Czech law firm, where he served as lead counsel for labor law matters and gained experience in international legal practice. He also applied his expertise in the business sector, where he served as a senior HR support lawyer for a large banking group.

He assists clients with operational inquiries and the preparation of necessary documentation, as well as with managing large-scale projects involving organizational changes, mass layoffs, or the transfer of rights and obligations. He also has extensive experience in the area of collective bargaining agreements and negotiations with labor unions.

Jindřich graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University. He also completed a one-year study abroad program at University College Cork in Ireland.

Jindřich is a member of the Expert Panel of the AKV – Association for the Development of Collective Bargaining and Labor Relations, where he contributes to the preparation of expert opinions in the field of labor law. He lectures and publishes.

In addition to Czech, he is fluent in English.
