Jaroslav has long specialized in construction law and other areas of administrative law. He provides comprehensive legal support in all phases of real estate development, including zoning issues, contractual arrangements with municipalities, and other aspects related to construction and dealing with public administration in general.

Before joining the Aegis Law team, he provided long-term comprehensive public law support to one of the largest real estate groups in Central Europe, particularly in the area of real estate development and other areas of public law.

When representing clients before state and local government authorities, he draws on his experience gained during his previous work at the Prague 10 Municipal Office.

Jaroslav provides clients with practical and understandable legal solutions with an emphasis on minimizing risks and supporting their business goals. He prides himself on his individual approach, detailed knowledge of the project context, and long-term cooperation with clients.

Jaroslav graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. 

In addition to Czech, he also speaks English.
