Jiří specializes in regulatory consulting, data protection, and the legal aspects of digitalization. In the area of regulation, he focuses primarily on consumer law, e-commerce, advertising regulations, and the legal requirements for the sale of goods and the provision of services. He also provides clients with comprehensive advice on the GDPR, cybersecurity, and the implementation of new technologies.

As part of his practice, he assists clients with setting up business and internal processes, drafting contractual documentation, and ensuring that their operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. He provides legal counsel to major commercial companies as well as public sector organizations.

Jiří also specializes in insurance law, both in the regulation of insurance products and insurance distribution, as well as in representing insurers in court and other proceedings. His practice also includes resolving liability disputes and providing labor law advice.

Before joining our firm, Jiří gained experience at leading law firms.

Jiří is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague.

In addition to Czech, he is fluent in English.
