Antonín specializes in compliance and non-financial risk management in financial institutions. He focuses on the implementation of comprehensive regulatory frameworks, particularly AML/CFT, MiFID, PSD, DORA, and NIS2.

He has gained experience on both sides of the table. At the Czech National Bank, he was involved in the methodology and conduct of inspections of credit institutions, as well as in the preparation of financial legislation. Within regulated entities, he has worked on the implementation of the same regulatory frameworks, both at a global systemically important credit institution and at a local securities dealer.

This dual perspective enables him to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions that stand up to both regulatory scrutiny and the demands of day-to-day operations.

Antonín graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University. He furthered his professional education in AML at the European University Institute in Florence, in GRC at the Prague University of Economics and Business, and in cybersecurity at the Czech Technical University in Prague.

In addition to Czech, he is fluent in English.
