Miroslav specializes in real estate law, project finance and commercial leases. With more than ten years of experience, he combines an in-house perspective gained at leading investment groups and developers with transactional experience from private practice.

He advises developers and investors throughout the entire life cycle of real estate projects. His work covers the preparation of development plans, zoning and permitting, construction and contractor agreements, as well as leasing, property management and sales. He also advises on acquisitions and due diligence, ownership and lease relationships, easements and other rights relating to land and buildings. In addition, he prepares loan and security documentation.

At a major Czech investment group, Miroslav helped shape the legal strategy of its real estate platform. At a leading industrial developer, he was involved in syndicated financings across Central and Eastern Europe, with transactions worth billions of euros. He has also gained experience in the real estate teams of leading international and Czech law firms.

Miroslav graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. In addition to Czech, he is fluent in English.
